I wish I could somehow capture the facial/body expression of Maren when she explains things to me. I'll try--she tilts her head to the right, sort of looking down a little. sometimes she'll shake her head from side to side to emphasis her point. She furrows her eyebrows and sticks out her lips--almost like they are an extra appendage. Her favorite thing to say right now is "i really like it puzz (because) i got it for my birthday. yeah."
Another things she says about anything, especially when she's grumpy, "I don't like _____ anymore"
For example: Maren was procrastinating something I asked her to do. She got upset and started pushing the couch. "I don't like couch downstairs anymore. can you help me put it upstairs momma?"
Elise spends much of her waking moments blowing raspberries or scurry-crawling around the room trying to snatch up all of the little stickers and goodies the kids leave behind. It's always a
Noah is drawing the craziest pictures and writing the funniest things. I'm so glad he's silly. Mark and I are trying our hardest to let him stay silly even if some of the things he does drive us crazy. Fart and pooping sounds are his favorite right now.
Mark saved a lady's life today when he caught something that the attending doctor and senior resident doctor missed.
And I almost drove off today leaving Elise buckled in her carseat on the side walk. Go me.
