We're Buying A House!!
Well, I guess it's time to share the news with everyone. We are buying a house! What? How did that happen? We were so dead set on not buying a house until after residency and fellowship 5 or 6 years from now. Anyway, here is our beautiful house. I'm so excited!
We close April 16. The sellers have accepted our requested fixes based on the home inspector's report. The house has been appraised. Our funding has been approved. So unless something goes wrong at closing, it's ours! Cross your fingers :) And then come visit us. We will have lots of room!

We definitely do not have that much room--but we still want you guys to come visit us! Sometime. When things aren't too busy for you...ha ha, not that that ever happens :D
So exciting!! Congratulations!! We don't have any summer plans yet...a trip to see you guys just might be in order! :)
