Anyway, enough with the cheesiness (although I know y'all will have that song stuck in your head for the rest of the day.)
Today marks a year for Mr. Noah.
He's changed so much over the past year!

Couple weeks

Couple months

6 months

Today! 1 year
Here are some of his accomplishments/benchmarks thus far:
- Walking
- Standing up without holding onto anything
- Climbing everything
- Eating mostly solid foods
- Currently being weaned to whole milk
- Sleeps through the night (again)
- Says Uh-oh and a lot of other jibber-jabber
- Can sign "milk" and "more"
- Has 6, soon to be 7, teeth
His new trick this week is to bring me his shoes because he has figured out that means we are going out side.
As for me, here are my accomplishments over the past year:
- Had a baby (duh)
- Completed a 10-month dietetic internship
- Exclusively breastfed Noah for the first year of his life (even during the full-time internship the first 10 months of his life)
- And as of today, I am earned my credentials as an RD (Registered Dietitian)
As for Mark:
- Stay-at-home Dad for 10 months
- Kaplan teacher
- Accepted by Case Western Med School
- Currently a full-time medical student
We will celebrate our 2-year anniversary this December!
Just in case you're wondering, Noah open a present, played with a whole roll of toilet paper, and got a dollar from Grandma Montelius for his birthday celebrations today. We'll have the "big" party on Friday. To celebrate my RDness, we went to eat at a fabulous Lebanese restaurant, which happens to be my favorite kind of food.

Happy Birthday, Noah! We can't wait to get these kids together. I love that picture of you guys with Mark in his doctor coat.
Happy Birthday NOAH!!! and Congrats to Holly and Mark! We miss you guys down here in the Southern most part of Ohio.
Wow, that is a lot in a year! Congrats on your RD!
Ummm... I LOVE YOU! You are so adorable, and so is your incredibly cute family! Noah is just too cute for words. I can't believe he is already a year old! Congrats to you on your RD and Mark getting into med school! Maybe T.J. will have to go to med school there too, and we can be reunited and our babies can play together and you can teach me how to be creative (in and out of the kitchen)!
Happy Birthday, Noah!! You are getting so big.
