At playgroup and institute lunch:
Noah: Dancing around in front of the full-length mirror shout-singing "i like to move it move it"
Luke: throwing a huge tantrum because I tied a balloon onto the belt loop at the back of his pants. his mom and I just sat there laughing.
Girl Sal: half sniffling/half crying "I want to go home and take a nap......" (trying to be more polite and convincing) "please?"
Boy Sal: "I just want to rest and be by myself"
Evelyn: dumping out all of the candy hearts, dipping them in frosting, and them putting them back into the communal cookie decorating supplies. I take the bag away and she looks at me like "what? There's nothing wrong with what I'm doing"
Later, at home with Noah and watching his friend Austin:
Austin was getting a little tired of Noah pretending he was a baby so I suggested they pretend they were dogs. They got really excited. and were dogs for like 2 seconds. Then Noah came up with an even better idea
Noah: "I'm a stinky cow!"
Austin: "I'm a stinky cow. no, I'm a stinky dinosaur!"
kids just make me happy.

I am glad you are writing down these very funny things. I remember when you said you wanted a kitten. We said, "No, baby kittens needs their mothers." You said, "I don't want the kind that has a mother. I want the kind you get at the store."
